Youth Empowerment Program Evaluation


These reports presents findings from the Youth Empowerment Program (YEP). They describe the program’s effectiveness in achieving expected outcomes. A partnership between Microsoft’s Community Affairs program in Africa and the International Youth Foundation, YEP aimed to improve the employability and civic engagement of disadvantaged African youth, ages 16 to 35, through the provision of demand-driven training in information and communications technology, life skills, entrepreneurship, and employment services.

The reports are broken down into an executive version and individual country findings.
