Angela Sabogal joined IYF in 2023 as a Program Manager, tasked with effectively overseeing and coordinating the project portfolio in Colombia, Chile, Peru, Brazil, and the Caribbean. She brings over 9 years of experience in social project management, monitoring and evaluation, and social research.

Angela has been committed to contributing to a more inclusive and just world throughout her career. She has worked on various social development issues, including education, employment, youth, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), WASH (water, sanitation, and hygiene), and cultural and creative industries. Angela's experience in the nonprofit sector has equipped her with skills in strategic planning, forming partnerships with multiple stakeholders, conducting quantitative and qualitative research, and creating technical reports.

She holds a Master of Arts in International Development Studies with a major in Social Policy for Development from the International Institute of Social Studies (ISS) in The Hague and a bachelor's degree in Sociology.
