Luisa Hedding joined IYF in 2025 as Finance Officer, bringing over 10 years of experience in project funding coordination, grants and contract compliance, and financial consulting. She has supported civil society initiatives and social impact efforts by strengthening financial processes, leading capacity-building activities, and ensuring alignment with donor regulations in programs related to human rights and institutional strengthening.

Luisa has a strong background in financial analysis, organizational development, multi-stakeholder coordination, and strategic project support. She has led initiatives focused on enhancing operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and the long-term sustainability of nonprofit organizations.

She holds a Master’s in Business Administration and a Master’s in Management. Born in Mexico, she is fluent in both Spanish and English. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, exploring topics in development and innovation, and spending time with her family and friends.
