Martha joined IYF in May 2023 as HR Administrative Coordinator. Prior to this position, until March 2023, she served as Program Manager of the Green Skills Program. She holds a bachelor´s degree in Business Administration and has done postgraduate studies in graphology and critical thinking. During the last 25 years, Martha has collaborated with federal government organizations and private enterprises. She has experience in administrative and planning issues and negotiations with Mexican and North American companies to ensure compliance of contracts. She was the project leader for technological training courses in close cooperation with a multinational enterprise and oversaw the fulfillment of the annual training plans. During the last year, she was responsible for the recruiting and preselection of personnel and was the liaison between the Universities’ Labour Exchange System and the Institution.
