Rhonda Greenway
Senior Technical Advisor, Digital Innovation and Design
Rhonda drives youth-informed program and solution design at IYF, weaving together the power of technology, education, and youth voices to expand young people’s opportunities worldwide. A trusted partner in co-design, she works with funders, corporate partners, and program teams to turn ambitious ideas into compelling solutions. Drawing on deep expertise in EdTech, digital learning, employee engagement, and social impact campaigns, she translates IYF’s tools and methodologies into practical approaches that move ideas from possibility to practice at scale. Since joining IYF in 2016, she has worked at the intersection of technology, education, and social impact, guiding organizations’ integration of youth perspectives, translating ideas into action, and creating scalable and award-winning digital learning solutions. Her work has spanned five continents and included partnerships with multinational corporations, governments, and nonprofits committed to expanding economic opportunity.
Prior to IYF, Rhonda led state, regional, and national initiatives focused on global education and civic engagement. From coordinating US presidential candidate school visits and advocacy days to hosting youth symposiums, those experiences reinforced her belief that while contexts differ, youth are fundamentally seeking the same things: purpose, possibility, and a pathway forward.
A University of Northern Iowa graduate– and one-woman Iowa tourism bureau, she has a bachelor’s in political communication and global studies and is a Certified Nonprofit Professional (CNP) with the Nonprofit Leadership Alliance. Outside of work, Rhonda loves creative people and community events, enjoys an iced mocha and a spirited dinner party, and is just shy of visiting all 50 US states.
