YouthMap Voices 2015 Event

IYF brought together young people and youth stakeholders from across the continent at the YouthMap: Learning + Collaborating + Innovating Conference in Uganda. They discussed the youth circumstances in the region and looked ahead to opportunities for youth to engage in their counties’ development. A sample of their insights into various challenges and opportunities are captured in this video produced by the youth-led company Vision-I. YouthMap was a program of the International Youth Foundation (IYF) supported by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). YouthMap conducted country assessments in six Sub-Saharan African countries and implemented six pilot projects in Senegal, Uganda, and Liberia.
