Passport to Success
IYF’s signature life-skills curriculum equips young people with the essential human competencies employers consistently cite as hardest to find—including communication, problem-solving, and reliability. Used in over 50 countries and backed by robust research, PTS drives measurable, long-term impact: a Social Return on Investment (SROI) study demonstrates that every $1 invested in PTS generates $7 in social value over five years. PTS-trained youth consistently achieve higher job placement rates, improved job retention, enhanced workplace climate, and greater employer satisfaction.
Youth Opportunity
Developed in partnership with McDonald’s, this initiative removes employment barriers for young people from low-income backgrounds across the U.S. By combining IYF’s Passport to Success (PTS) life skills and SOAR leadership curricula, the program builds critical competencies in communication, conflict resolution, assertiveness, and teamwork. Backed by recent research demonstrating strong participant outcomes—including a 69% employment or education rate and competitive starting wages—the initiative empowers youth to navigate the workplace, develop their professional identities, and step into long-term leadership roles.
