Inspiring New Futures

Changing the story for what young people believe is possible.

Young people are influenced by signals across media, education, workplaces, and everyday interactions that shape collective beliefs about what careers are appropriate and what paths are possible. IYF designs youth-centered campaigns that reshape these narratives and role models. By combining storytelling, digital media, and youth voices, we help young people challenge stereotypes, discover new possibilities, and take action toward education, skills development, and employment.

Vocation Has No Gender

As part of our Pathways to Success program, supported by the PepsiCo Foundation, this campaign challenged the idea that certain technical professions belong exclusively to men or women. By leveraging social media, digital outreach, and storytelling featuring women in technical careers, the initiative shifted perceptions across families, educators, and employers, reaching over 2.5 million views nationwide.

Boring Skills for Exiciting Lives

In partnership with Microsoft, IYF ran a large-scale AI skills campaign across the U.S., India, and the Philippines, connecting artificial intelligence to practical life skills like problem-solving and adaptability. Reaching more than 1.8 million young people and seeing nearly 500,000 complete core learning activities, the campaign proved that digital learning drives high engagement when it feels relevant, practical, and connected to everyday life.
