Career Guidance Case Study: Preparing Youth for the 21st Century Workplace

This report presents findings from the Caribbean Youth Empowerment Program (CYEP). It discusses the establishment of a stand-alone career guidance center in Saint Lucia. It describes one approach to meeting the youth employment challenge: the provision of an integrated package of career guidance trainings and services, including life skills training, career assessment and advising, career plan development, guidance counseling, and career coaching services.
