Caribbean Youth Employment Program Employer Outreach Toolkit

This toolkit offers guidance on how to successfully engage employers. The International Youth Foundation, through its Caribbean Youth Empowerment Program (CYEP), developed the toolkit to provide youth-serving institutions with guidance on how to approach employers and other potential partners. The toolkit describes the benefits for the private sector of partnership with CYEP and the holistic training and support provided to CYEP graduates. In addition, it includes an infographic concerning the challenges facing Caribbean youth and how CYEP addresses them, an employer’s testimonial, and two youth success stories.
