This fact sheet provides a brief description of the Caribbean Youth Empowerment Program (CYEP) in Antigua and Barbuda, Grenada, Jamaica, and St. Lucia. Launched in 2008 and concluded in 2013, CYEP equipped youth with the technical, vocational, entrepreneurship, and life skills needed to develop sustainable livelihoods.
