CYEP Conference – Monitoring & Evaluation: Creating an Evidence Base for Youth Employability

This event presentation includes the information shared by Ms. Roberta Williams and Dr. Moses Pearl at the Caribbean Youth Empowerment Program (CYEP) conference “Investing in the Future: Empowering Young People” held in Gros Islet, Saint Lucia, June 25 and 26, 2013.

Ms. Williams is Executive Director of the GARD Center, and Dr. Pearl is the M&E System Consultant and Chairman of HEART Trust/National Training Agency, Jamaica. They participated in the “Monitoring & Evaluation: Creating an Evidence Base for Youth Employability” panel.
