Fact sheet – Financial and Banking Services

This document provides insight into the ongoing implementation of the Financial and Banking Services program, which addresses industry-wide talent shortages and attrition challenges while creating new opportunities for underserved youth. In partnership with the Mexican Banking Association and key stakeholders, the program goes beyond skills development to provide participants with hands-on, market-driven training, direct exposure to banking professionals, and access to streamlined hiring pathways. In addition, the initiative is transforming entry-level hiring practices, promoting inclusivity and expanding the pool of potential candidates.
