Pathways to Success was a three-year initiative funded by The PepsiCo Foundation to empower adolescent girls and young women in metropolitan Guadalajara, Jalisco.

The program’s overall goal was to empower adolescent girls and young women to reach their full potential by providing them with quality education and employment opportunities.
