Preparing Youth In Conflict with the Law for Success

This report presents findings from the Caribbean Youth Empowerment Program (CYEP), specifically the program’s provision of life skills and vocational training to youth in conflict with the law in Saint Lucia. Given a growing awareness of the need to ensure vulnerable youth are reintegrated into the economy and society, the report also includes recommendations for future actions.
