This publication is the result of over 10 years of IYF work with youth employability programs in Latin America and the Caribbean and is aimed at helping institutions providing training, career counseling, and/or job placement services ensure the quality of their work with disadvantaged youth. The guide includes a self-assessment tool. It is available in Spanish and English.
