Studies & Reflections #5: Cost-Benefit Analyses—A Method Proposed by entra21

This study is fifth in the entra21 Studies and Reflections series. It describes a methodology for calculating costs; estimating benefits; and, with those results, creating a cost-benefit analysis for entra21 projects. The proposed methodology will allow for comparison of different projects, whether they are part of or external to entra21. The study is available only in Spanish.
