Adolfo joined IYF in 2026 as the Global Controller, bringing more than 20 years of progressive experience in financial management, accounting operations, compliance, and organizational leadership. A licensed CPA with a strong background in both for-profit and nonprofit entities, he provides strategic financial leadership and governance support, ensuring accurate reporting, strong internal controls, and responsible stewardship of organizational resources. He is responsible for preparing financial statements, drafting and maintaining best-in-class accounting policies and procedures, and representing the finance function in cross-organizational initiatives and strategic working groups.

With deep expertise in U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and nonprofit accounting, fund and grant compliance, and risk management, Adolfo develops and maintains robust internal controls and finance-related policies that uphold best practices and regulatory requirements. He also leads accounting systems administration, ensuring financial systems, integrations, training, and controls function effectively to support informed decision-making and operational efficiency.
