Alysha joined IYF in September 2025 as Executive Administrator and Assistant to the CEO. She is a Certified Nonprofit Professional (CNP) based in Arizona with a career dedicated to youth-focused missions.

She began her journey in the nonprofit sector as a behavioral therapist at the Southwest Autism Research & Resource Center (SARRC), where she also helped run an inclusive preschool using Applied Behavioral Analysis—an experience that sparked her interest in using data to drive meaningful outcomes. Alysha now serves on SARRC’s NextGen Board, continuing her advocacy for autism awareness and inclusive support.

Most recently, Alysha worked at the Make-A-Wish Foundation in roles focused on executive support, resource distribution, and account management. Her background also includes project coordination and change management, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and mission alignment.
