Kelly Meeker joined IYF in 2025 as Chief of Staff to CEO and President Christina Sass. In this role, she partners closely with the CEO and executive team to advance strategic planning, strengthen organizational alignment, and drive cross-functional priorities essential to IYF’s mission.

Prior to IYF, Kelly served in Chief of Staff and strategic leadership roles at high-growth learning and development technology companies, where she played a key role in shaping organizational strategy and leading enterprise initiatives. Earlier in her career, she built a broad base of experience as a Peace Corps Volunteer, congressional campaign team member, Congressional staffer, and nonprofit program director.

Across every chapter of her career, Kelly is guided by a commitment to building more just, joyful, and opportunity-rich communities. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University.
