Lydia joined IYF in 2025 as Program Coordinator for the Green Generation MX program. She brings a background in business administration and experience in workforce development, organizational strengthening, and the implementation of education and training initiatives.

Her work focuses on connecting operational excellence with program impact, supporting partnerships across sectors to expand access to skills development and economic opportunity. She has coordinated initiatives that guide participants through critical stages of their academic and professional pathways, reinforcing systems that enable long-term success.

In addition to her program experience, Lydia has led community engagement and well-being strategies that contribute to inclusive learning environments and sustained participant engagement.
