María joined IYF in 2019 as Program Coordinator for the Americas team. She brings with her experience and knowledge at institutional reinforcement programs, diagnosis and specialized consulting, strategic alliances, social entrepreneurship, and remarkable project management and administrative skills. She has been involved with the NGO environment since 2016 where she has performed as Social Promotor, Program Coordinator and Reinforcement Program Leader in different organizations. She holds a degree in Sociology from University of Monterrey (UDEM) and also has attended seminars regarding Entrepreneurs development, Emotional Literacy, and Social Innovation.
