Pamela joined IYF in 2022 as Program Manager. She has a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and a master’s degree in Business Administration. She worked with the private sector for 15 years. During the past six years, Pamela worked for the Ministry of Education and the Economic Development Ministry focused mainly on improving people’s income through the development of their technical skills. To achieve the objectives, Pamela lead the Chihuahua employability ecosystem with industry, government, education, and non-profit organizations. She has coordinated training programs, work sessions, and forums at the regional and national economic development ecosystem to generate a better environment for job opportunities for all people.
