Patricio Toussaint joined IYF in April 2026 as Director of Awards Management and Compliance, based in Mexico City. He brings more than a decade of experience managing complex international development programs and donor-funded portfolios, with a focus on strengthening grantmaking, compliance, and operational systems that enable high-quality implementation. His work has centered on advancing governance, accountability, and effective coordination across programmatic, financial, and operational teams, supporting partners to deliver sustainable results. Patricio has contributed to public policy initiatives related to human rights and the rule of law, working across government, civil society, and international organizations, and brings a global perspective shaped by his experience across Mexico, Europe, and the United Kingdom.
