Pia Saunders Campbell joined IYF in 2016 with more than 15 years of experience in the nonprofit and private sectors and nearly a decade working in the youth economic opportunity and emergency response fields. Prior to joining IYF, she served as Director of Evaluation and Learning at Education For Employment (EFE), an affiliated network of locally-run nonprofit organizations that creates economic opportunities for unemployed youth in the Middle East and North Africa. At EFE she developed and established the Performance Measurement, Evaluation, and Learning System for the seven-member EFE Network. Ms. Campbell holds a B.A. from The Johns Hopkins University and a M.P.A. from the Wagner School of Public Service at New York University.  She speaks Spanish and is a member of the American Evaluation Association and the InterAction Evaluation and Program Effectiveness Working Group.
