Rhonda Greenway

Senior Technical Advisor

Rhonda leads the creative direction and operations of IYF’s award-winning educational technology solutions. As part of IYF’s Asset Strategy Knowledge (ASK) Unit, she supports the global digital strategy and routinely advises on best practices in youth engagement throughout project design and implementation.

Since joining IYF in 2016, she has managed projects and solutions across five continents for both multinational corporations and public sector partners. Previously Rhonda developed youth curricula and models for both the World Food Prize and the Iowa United Nations Association’s Iowa High School Model UN Program, as well as managed the Iowa International Center’s language program. Rhonda is a New Leaders Council fellow, former elected UNA-USA National Council member, and holds a BA in Political Communications and Global Studies from the University of Northern Iowa where she also received her Certified Nonprofit Professional (CNP) distinction through the Nonprofit Leadership Alliance.
