Measurement Evaluation Research and Learning Manager

Valeria Rocha is IYF’s Measurement Evaluation Research and Learning Manager. Valeria has 22 years of monitoring and evaluation (M&E) experience in formal and non-formal education programs, gender, socio-emotional development, and health projects in a number of countries, including Jordan, United Arab Emirates, Egypt, India, Nepal, Cambodia, Brazil, Bolivia, and China, where she was responsible for a variety of activities, from planning the quantitative and qualitative research evaluation designs of projects to establishing M&E systems for local NGO programs and providing M&E training to Ministries/Departments of Education and NGO staff in those countries. In addition to her experience, she is a certified coach and holds a doctoral degree in Education, Administration, Planning, and Social Policy from Harvard University Graduate School of Education, a master’s degree in Education, Human Development, and Psychology from the same institution, and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Harvard University.
