Yessica joined IYF’s Mexico Office in January 2026 as Program Coordinator, bringing experience in monitoring, management, and strengthening of educational and youth development programs.

Her professional background includes supporting effective program implementation through close collaboration with teams and data-informed decision-making. She has collaborated with IYF as an external consultant on programs such as En Trayecto, Conectadas, and InteligencIA, supporting operational management, data analysis, and monitoring and evaluation processes. She also has contributed to strengthening internal systems and promoting continuous improvement across program activities.

Yessica is deeply committed to social and environmental development; has dedicated more than five years to conservation-related initiatives and has a strong interest in marine life, sustainability, and environmental education, reflecting her commitment to creating a more just and sustainable future for new generations.
