To address the challenges young people face when entering the labor force or starting their own business, IYF and Caterpillar Foundation launched EquipYouth. The initiative is providing 8,000 young people worldwide with market-relevant life skills training along with internships, on-the-job training and employment placement services. EquipYouth benefits youth in Brazil, China, India, Indonesia, Jordan, Mexico, Panama, Peru, Russia, Singapore, South Africa, and South Korea.
