Building AI-Ready Talent

As artificial intelligence transforms the global economy, young people need more than basic tech access. They need the fluency to navigate it with confidence.

We train youth on generative AI and its practical applications in work and education, positioning AI as a helpful assistant that enhances productivity rather than a shortcut that replaces human effort. By fostering the critical thinking skills required to analyze, question, and adapt AI-generated output, we ensure young people view technology as a powerful collaborator. Blending technical proficiency with essential human competencies, we help them turn AI into a tool for genuine growth and future opportunity.

IntelligencIA

Supported by Google.org, this initiative expands access to artificial intelligence education by equipping young people, educators, and public sector professionals with the tools to navigate AI responsibly. Delivering free, self-paced learning experiences, InteligencIA works within existing institutional systems to integrate AI into teaching, operations, and decision-making. By prioritizing historically underserved regions, the program builds critical digital competencies and ensures that technological transformation drives inclusive participation in the digital economy.
