Lasting change starts with local partners.
That’s why we partner with local organizations that have deep relationships within their communities and a strong understanding of the needs of young people that are disconnected from school and work. These partnerships help deliver skill-building, mentorship, case management, and wraparound services that help youth overcome barriers to education and employment.
The goal is more than helping young people get hired; these programs help them build the skills, confidence, habits, and support they need to succeed. By building on existing community strengths, we can reach more young people, deepen impact, and create pathways to long-term success. Beyond program delivery, we build local capacity to ensure communities can sustain and scale impact over time.
JuventudES
In communities with legacies of underinvestment, violence, and housing instability, we form partnerships with organizations like Hilton Foundation to bring together governments, employers, and communities and align young people’s needs. Since the program’s inception in 2022, graduates report a 93% improvement in socioemotional skills.
Growth Opportunities (GO)
For young people in locations where crime and poverty are intertwined, the path to a better future can be elusive. This program helps young people receive life skills training and individualized coaching, and support navigating practical challenges. By combining support, training, and employer-connection, GO creates clearer pathways into work.
